Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the City of Hosmer current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call City Hall. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.

Your monthly water bill includes water, sewer, and rubble costs.

Monthy Water Rate: $83.00 due by the 10th of the following month. If you have an outstanding balance, you will receive a bill; otherwise, no bill will be sent.

Standard rates are billed at the first of the month. Quarterly bills are sent to everyone with the meter reading and any overages identified.

NOTE: effective January 1, 2026, the new monthly water rate is $85.00

You may pay your water bill in advance if you prefer. Any overages will be identified during the quarterly meter readings. 

The Finance Officer has monthly payment booklets to help you remember when the bill is due. Stop by City Hall and pick one if you need one.
